This is where new year's resolutions get attempted, and guilty beer guts dealt to!
There is a small group of us that train twice a week at the gym, and this year we are looking for more recruits. It's not the lame-arse walk around amongst smelly muscly gym hoes and struggle to use the machines sh!t, this is hands-on personal training. Momentum Fitness is the name of my mother's business, and she specialises in training one-on-one and in small groups, focusing on strength, flexibility and stamina as well as the obvious weight loss.
ChubSUB is the name given to the circuit classes the group does. Different 'stations' are set up, and every few minutes you change what you do. Pretty standard stuff. It's fun though...you never know when the next muppet is going to pick up a ball and instigate a round of TOSS IT AND FALL OFF THE F**KING STEP!

This is the only class that also carries over as long as you like. Standard charge is $10 a class for 60 minutes, but we've been known to carry on for 2.5 hours or more - which is just fine!
So. Gimme a hoy if you want to join in the blood, sweat and tears. Guys and gals welcome, any level of fitness. Srsly, if you've never given this a shot in your life, you're in good company amongst us.
