Guys, here's a good opportunity for you. As you all know our trainer is also becoming a Pilates teacher. Part of the course involves 15 hours of learning to teach people, on a few test subjects.

Pilates is excellent for core stability and strength, and flexibility. It's hard bloody work, but isn't a cardio workout. It's worth having a go
