  1. That's the plan, but for now I've got to get it a warrant so I can daily it while the falcon is getting fixed. Going to rebuild my rev b motor and slap that in at the same time too Sent from my SM-A530F using Tapatalk

  2. Right, so I've bought another legacy (number 5) but this time I bought a rev d one! Anyway, I'm getting code P1241 for the ECV, anyone know where to start looking? Car gets no boost at all till secondary and even then it's only got boost for maybe 200rpm them boost cuts. Any ideas? Sent from my SM-A530F using Tapatalk

  5. Can do a custom remap on that ecu if that’s something you wanted. Even in stock form they have a lot to gain but with a decat they really come alive https://www.facebook.com/CUSTOMCULTURETUNING/

  6. Had it on the Dyno Friday. Had a couple of issues. Basically, fuel injector clinic 1650cc e85 injectors have really bad short pulse control. Cheap injector, don't recommend. The exhaust strangled it, and I have a huge amount of pressure drop across the intercooler. Like nearly 4psi. Plan of attack: New intercooler. Adrenaline r 3inch tail section (or similar, quiet is good but needs to flow well) Get some id1300x's Retune. As it is, it's a hoot to drive (safe tune) but it's... No where close to what the target was

  7. You wont really know for sure without an ECUID first to see if it does match any US or Aussie vehicles. Not a big fan of them in general though. Good for someone with some tuning abilities who can use it as a starting point and then refine it for their own car from there, but not so much if you plan on just flashing and leaving long term. Without constant monitoring you wouldn't know for sure whether a tune is fine for your car or not. You might find even the one for your WRX would learn a few parameters here and there to keep it safe. Half the time remapping the e-throttle response is enough to make the car feel considerably quicker. Although we often bag on e-tunes there is a genuine market for them from people not wanting to spend 1k+ on a full dyno+street tune from a local shop. For stock/near stock cars wanting a mild improvement in response and power they aren't a terrible idea if you use the right tuner and are considerably safer long term than a base map from romraider.
