  1. Sorry to revive an old thread but does anyone know if any WRX rear seats would fit into a 2002 BE5 Legacy and what version wrx front seats can fit in as well? Thanks Sent from my SM-G988B using Tapatalk
  2. Good idea. I might just cut my losses and replace the lot. I like having the factory look but it would also be nice to have a head unit with more modern features. Thanks for your help guys much appreciated [emoji16] Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk
  3. I'll give the cable upgrades go and try some 4 ohms in place of the 8 ohm [emoji16] Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk
  4. Thanks for this. I read somewhere that due to the speakers being 8 ohms, the 4 ohm speakers could mess up the amp Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk They are 8 ohms. Would two 4 ohm speakers in each front door cause any issues? I'm having real difficulty trying to find 8 ohm speakers Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk
  5. Hi all. Not sure if this is the right category but I have a 2002 Blitzen with McIntosh audio system. The foam on the front 2 speakers has perished and the audio sounds terrible. Does anyone have any McIntosh speakers for sale or know if they can be replaced with something else? Thanks Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk
  6. Hey all. I'm looking at purchasing a 2002 Legacy Blitzen. Its travelled around 190,000kms hence the low price of $3500. Is this a good purchase or am I being silly? Also things to look out for? I'm aware of cam belt and the associated parts needed. Your advice would be much appreciated. Thanks
  7. Does anyone have the dimensions and weight of a 2001 WRX tiptronic gearbox? Would be greatly appreciated,
  8. Keen keen keen. Il be allgood when my new gearbox is fitted
  9. I have a 2001 V7 WRX that has a 4 speed tiptronic transmission. I turned the car on and the green POWER light started flashing. I've heard this is a transmission issue and it wont change up from first gear. Does anyone know of a fix or any advice to help the problem. Thanks, Jake.
