  1. oh i agree. I just was looking for any cheaper options thats all
  2. to be honest I dont know what my sub is. Is there anyway to find out? I believe it could be this as I bought it from Triple SSS and this is the only P1 sub I can find http://www.sss.net.nz/index.php?route=product/product&path=59_64&product_id=70 Also Scoobydoo you say the amp would work fine what one are you talking about? the prime amp? or my earthquake? The problem im having now is since i got it installed (the sub and amp) it keeps turning off once the cars off. The guy at Triple SSS (Palmy) said it doesnt have enough power but it worked perfect in my old car so i dont know who to believe. I wouldnt care if I had to come to Welly. I wouldnt mind keeping in contact with you Scoobydoo as Im heading down that way soon so I could save up - Purchase what you think would make the car and sounds sound amazing and then we could work on it for a day (if thats fine with you) Obviously willing to take any other advice or any installers are the Palmy area.
  3. Hi guys, I have a rockford fosgate P1 Punch Sub and im looking at getting two new amps under the seats. 1 to power the speakers and the other to power the amp. I have another amp at the moment which i believe is the same as this amp (will check tomorrow) http://www.ebay.com/itm/Earthquake-Sound-T2000WD-1-2000W-Digital-Monoblock-TNT-Car-Amplifier-Amp-/360881893672 I was going to use the earthquake amp to power my speakers (infinity speakers) but i dont know if I should just sell it and buy a new one to do this job. My questions are 1. Should I buy two new amps - 1. for speakers and the other for sub? 2. Should I buy one new amp and keep the earthquake amp and use the earthquake to power speakers - new amp to power the sub 3. If option 2 is the best idea what amp should I get? Also is there anyone who can do a tidy job on installs here? Dont mind paying I just dont want to pay a huge amount of money at actual installer shops. Thanks
