  1. I had the same problem. Took the rubber top cap off the top of the strut, tightened the nut a half turn until tight, no more knock. Have heard it can also be sway bar end links. Good luck
  2. I has the option of replacing them for $400 each from subaru or just running without, naturally i said run them without
  3. Thats exactly what it was, for how small those filters are they are hella expensive.
  4. So turns out 2 cylinders were running rich and the solenoids were wide open. Cam timing was way out. Cheers for the input people!
  5. No check engine light, Will take it in to mechanic tomorrow, hopefully it's nothing too major. Have added some injector cleaner to the fuel to see if that will help. Cheers for getting back so quickly
  6. Hey there, New to this forum. I have a 2003 Gt Spec B legacy. Has been fine until now and just had a service 300ks ago. This morning at the lights it started coughing and spluttering and now has a irregular idol, shakes the whole car. Feels like it might only be running on 3 cylinders. Anyone had this before? Any advice is appreciated. Cheers.
