  1. Hi Clubsub noob here, Maroon '96 bg5 legacy twin turbo 5sp manual... my dream car Always driving away from 1st cold start of the day, (with couple minute warm up) start driving and gets up to 2500rpm and feels likes it's labouring from then with what looks like vapour out the exhaust (more than usual hot exhaust on cold mornjng). Back it off its OK, 2500+ labours with vapour again, until temp gauge is at operating temp approx 3-5min of driving then everything comes right and will be right anytime later. Is there a typical or a "not unheard" of thing where primary turbo has a warm up period, a moisture spit from pipes that's gathered overnight, a gummed up cold idle spring that's not returning fast enough, possible head gasket that starts leaky and comes right when warm. No water or oil loss though... so bit stumped. Only while beginning of driving 1st start of day where it's been untouched overnight, so 1st thing in morning or afternoon in heat of day but not previously started and run to operating temp earlier that day. If it's been driven to work at 5.45AM (it'll do it then), but it'll be fine at 3.45PM later on way home. It's like the overnight period of cool down makes the difference. Any tips appreciated. Kind Regards, Nic
  2. Hi, I've got a 2001 bug-eyed Impreza with an EJ15, and I'm having an issue finding one of the 2 fault codes. One is 21 which is coolant temp sensor, the other is giving 9 longs and 12 shorts... 112? But I can't find a 112 code anywhere. Please help.
