Hey team, having more boost issues with my suby... again So in 1st gear you take off ease into it right around 5k-6k there is a flat spot then picks back up. Change into second and its very very faint but theres hesitation right through the rpm range. Then the rest of the gears are fine? So weird now its a big list here but I've changed almost everything under the sun New Fuel filter Pump Cam angle sensor Air filter Plugs Coil pack Ecu O2 sensor Cleaned : Ivac Throttle body Now I've noticed one thing I had a chipped 6s ecu before and at full boost the duty cycle was around the 85% mark however the new factory 6s is giving it 94%duty cycle which I'm no expert but thats definetly maxing an injector no ? Anyway any help or insite would be appreciated cheers

So i think the issue started occuring after i cleaned the thottle body. And as for the fuel im sure there isnt anything in the fuel as its new everything anyway i recently changed and cleaned the hole fuel system but you might be onto something with the ecu. I reset it and it fired right up and drove amazing best its ever felt then i pulled up left it for a hour tried to start it and it done the exact same thing.

Well this is interesting apon further inspection it has no o2 sensor at all.... hmm cant be the issue though because it ran great before hand its a new issue. Also saw it has a after market air temp or flow sensor thing thats been fitted in the intake. Also found it has a zero sports piggy back ecu. So now with new info any ideas??? The o2 sensor has completly thrown me...

It does run a little rich on boost however wont they cause a code ??? Or can they still cause trouble working in there parameters

hey guys having a real hard time diagnosing a problem! so cars a v3 sti fully standard runs awesome when its hot boosts perfectly no issues however. when driven non at operating temp the car studders and misses on partial load however put foot down a little more and it clears up. also if left for anytime over say 30min and then attemp to start the car really struggles takes atleast 10sec to start and coughs and splutters when it finally does. then the other day i started it from leaving it for a week or two and it was running on 3 for atleast 2min before magically picking back up again. now theres no codes at all. ive checked and cleaned plugs. tested the ignition leads. cleaned throttle body. new air filter. new fuel pump and tank. checked cam and crank angle sensors. new afm. im at a loss on what it could be because it runs perfectly fine. the coolent temp sensor is also good cause i have a techtom unit and the coolent temp reads normal. any suggestions ? im so lost haha cheers.
