I think if it was the release bearing the noise would go away when you press in the clutch if I remember right.

I would highly recommend Dan. He just fitted a boost gauge for me and did a very good job at a good price. Cheers mate your a champion!

Are the vf45 single or twin scroll ? I have a facelift gtb spec manual 2006 and was under the impression it was single scroll but other info I have read tells me it is twin scroll . cheers

Yea mine was the same, had no cel codes. I replaced afm and it drove like new again.

Try cleaning your maf sensor, surging and a rough idle can be caused by a faulty maf

I have my factory airbox getting air feed from inner guard with delete of resonator. I found though when I completely blocked off inner fender from engine bay it was not getting enough air and would run super rich at wot. I unblocked the hole were the pipe goes from headlight to fender and it runs fine.
