yeah for all 4.. setting it up through my mate. they are 18s going from bronze to white, i dont know what other colours will cost. but ill let you know when i pick them up and pay for them . yeah ill try sort a CS discount the guy will prob be keen on a cash deal, like most automotive places..

i had some 15" offroad rims powdercoated black a couple years ago for $15 a corner. might only have worked out because they were doing black fencing at the same time. place was just off lincoln rd in addington. would have been on clarence st south i think, just had a look on google maps.

It's a pretty hard colour for me that's why it's expensive from what I have been told

Finally got round to dropping the wheels off today . he said $200 bucks for all 4 wheels , thats acid dipped? so stripped. and re painted in white. the place is called Action Power Coating LTD , 32 Edmonton Road, Hornby. When i go to pick them up, ( next friday ) ill try setup a CS deal so itll be the same price for you guys too hopefully! Ill ask about more colours. so let me know on this forum if youve got a colour you want so i can ask.. Sand blasting and stripping is the same price. Ill also post pics when i pick them up.

I'm sure he does not want it plasted on the net he's taking 'cash'.... Anyway I've always used METAFORM for powdercoating. Got an experienced powdercoater and based in Sydenham- Harold Street, just off Buchan.

No worries, ill ask him next week, Matte black or gloss? just it may be different prices

I dont know, glossy could be too shiny, but matte black could be a bit dull, find out either or and ill have a think about it

Were Bronze , stripped then , powder coated. They do have centre caps and dtm logos, but i think it looks more aggressive with out them.

agreed they do look good man, my brother has done the same on his evo a few years ago & they still look real nice,

pricing has changed a little as his were $30.00 a rim.

but meh who cares they look good 8)

Cheers man, yeah well they were only 25 a wheel, mates rates, but then another 25 for stripping, old owner couldnt drive and scraped them real bad lol
