BH5 BE5 Keyless Entry using Door Code (door handle beeps)

Hi Guys,

I know this has been covered for the BG series legacy but not for the BH5/BE5 series. Is there any way to program keyless entry without the cars factory remote? (I have tried the BG method and it does not work)

Any help would be appreciated!

only Gen I you dont need remote

Buy an AVS alarm system...

(or similar I suppose)

Have you tried the BP/ BL method? All you need is the key.

Hi, unfortuantnly no remote so that kinda sucks, I got a AVS alarm, car you use those to program entry?

Have already tried the BG method and that didnt work.

I too am interested in finding this out. I did some digging a while back and it seems that the only way is using the remote unfortunately.

still does not allow keyless entry feature to work

if you could borrow someone's key-fob, and reprogram that to your car and set entry code, then re-reprogram the fob back to their car is best option

is a matter of locating link similar to the "CEL codes" method, plugging them in and 'learning' the car

located behind the trim near drivers door hinges/feet I am led to believe

Works just the same as BG, but yes you need your orginal FOB key

I am pretty sure that AVS can be programmed to use your car key remote
