are we still using this discussion thing? like i mentioned, there's been people posting plots but absolutely no discussion because it's awkward now...

there's also quite a few people not posting images of their plot. grr! should also have to put up what turbo is on the car as that's probably the most interesting factor really.

i.e, in the few dyno plots already, we can see (ofcourse very imperfect) comparisons between vf22 / 30 / 37. can see how the twin scroll helps. at 4000rpm, it makes 15kw over the 30 and 25 over the 22!!!

Of course everything counts you're right. However i compared one of my old vf30 dyno plots to an actual v7 sti at around the same boost, and they looked quite similar. The sti had an ecutek tune and my v1 non sti a possumlink.

sl8r - nice looking plot, would have driven very smoothly. buiilds power very rapidly. 170kw at 4000rpm is pretty good

Quick note to all, just had the Coupe Dyno'd at the guys at STM

Very Very happy with the service from STM - very professional

The current power output is FANTASTIC and the low/ mid range has been dramatically improved to where the car drives like on a factory ECU

I HIGHLY RECOMMMEND STM, TO ALL CS MEMBERS

Call Doug and have a chat about dyno tuning, they also do reflash's to factory ECU's to improve power and drivability

Mention my name (Rick) and he will look after ALL CS members

I have plots

wil post up when I sort out the issue with heat soak of I/C on back to back runs at 1.8bar , being safe atm and running 1.5 which is just on 270kw

have 3 mods to do then back on dyno to tune the 1.8bar map - hoping to hit mid/high 280's

TBH this is the limit of the garrett im running

Not going front mount only due to keeping the looks as a std coupe

STM have done a primo job on the tune , 2000% recommend them to all CS members

Ok sooo 2001 legacy Be5.... yea a legacy (single turbo converted) ... do i make the list? ran dyno on Saterday 3rd still had standard air filter and only half an intercooler so maybe a little room for improvement but will wait for next dyno to see

There aren't enough 'high power' cars around these parts at one time to make it of benefit, imo. If we got to the point where everyone on the leaderboard was 250+kW, then there'd probably be some benefit of splitting it out into two different lists

mine has a Wof, but is track only. Tonys has a wof - track only. id bet BT's does too.. - criteria blows
