Not the gratest photo and it is only a start. Currently D1 Spec oil cap, STI radiator cap, red silicone hosing, matched red strut brace, Zero Sports radiator shroud. Hand polishing by moi. Still to do: paint all over caps red, air intake to be painted white, Zero Sports intake pipe, Samco radiator hosing and intercooler piping.... more polishing!! Sigh :(

Yeah, seems to be going now though. Think it just sat on a shelf too long. Still not as loud as I thought it'd be :(

I've always wondered about the purpose of the hose which tees off the BOV hose - does it feed straight back into the intake on yours?

Yeah :) There's a wee filter thing with a 4mm on one end and a 6mm on the other, it lasted a day :( But yeah, plumbs straight back into the manifold

Lol, you think yours is whorey? I\'m still using the TT manifold lol. I probably have one of the worst looking bays, for now...

Should be getting tuned next week or week after, power fc with 300zx air flow meter and 800cc injectors

Its running on the 440\'s at the moment, had to drive it back home, but split fuel rails are in and flipped manifolds done so i\'m happy

You should find an elbow to put between silicone intake and afm. Get rid of that corrugated s***

Edit- you can get nice zerosports ones.

and some brackets to hold your pod/afm still, vibration can shorten the life of an afm

nice work with modifying the manifold, looks tidy

Td06 bolt on. Not sure what kinda power i\'m going to get, any figures would just be guess.

I do have an elbow for the bit between the afm and silicone intake and I have a bracket to hold it still.

It was all made up for the 300zx air flow meter and so fits in slightly differently. I put the old afm and pipe in just to move it

that engine bay is boss dude maybe spin the compressor housing 180 degrees to the drivers side to shorten the piping not sure if it would matter flow wise but would tidy it up a bit more

Help me please Hi iv fitted a dump valve to my vectra c 19 cdti 150 bhp. The 1 I bought was a twinport or receculation valve I don't no just bought and had a go of fitting it my self.  On looking at the car I thought I needed to block the 2nd port so have done bought a t and fitted it on the main intake Of The top Of The intercooler to the inlet on to Of The head.  Ran the bleed pipe and td it in to the on top Of The intake now it's just realeasing through the revs rather than when I lift of it's not because I blocked the other port is it thanks
