Hi all,

bought a gt3071r turbo, 'as new only ten dyno runs' and its arrived and the compressor is rooted. chipped to fuck and bent up - ran with out a filter and id say more than 10 runs. Steve Murch has inspected photos and said its shagged.

The seller is now deciding to not answer phone calls. sadly bought outside trademe so suck on me - but someone should still sell honestly imo.

So its game on - now looking for information on anyone that knows

Obviously he lives in Chch, and is into the southern drift competition, he has a SR20DET powered (i think silvia).

If anyone knows the individual, can help locate or would go and say 'hi' once located please get in touch.

Ive provided two options to the shit..

1) return the money and il send the turbo back

2) send up $300 and we'll halve the repair bill

spanks. now lets see the community do its thing

unsure if his olds are in christchurch but a few phone calls will tell you that. someone will be related theres only a page of names, not ten.

Could go small claims too. Would only cost you $10 i think at that amount of outcome.

breaking no laws, i can do prequals and all sorts of interesting things without giving reasons. :) im not that silly.

and yes will be trying those avenues as well.

Hes answering txts now - he didnt like me saying ' il find you' but refusing option 1 and 2. so going looking it is.

help is welcome if anyone can.

Call his olds and advise them that if their son does not respond a professional debt collector will be engaged to seek restitution and recover costs of dishonest sale...

was over $14k so kinda had no option but I had all the paperwork and a witness and he turned up late so kinda helped there and the fact his saggy torn jeans and skate shoes didnt make an impression i guess.

BUT record everything if you go down that track, record the times youve offered a fair solution inc emails and txts, print the txts out.

Go to his olds first i reckon though.

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
