Anyone in Invercargill familiar with this car?

Moving back to NZ in a few weeks and am looking at cars on trademe and I saw this V5 STi in Invercargill , are any of the members from southland familiar with it?

Never seen it before. Looks tidy enough tho. If youre in no hurry I will have a white 99 v5 sti sedan and a green 98 nz new wrx sedan for sale. Both mint but will come with the price tag to suit as both have had motors done.

I bought my v5 sti about 3 days before this one and would have really considered it ! Best colour , shame about the wheels though !

Details on the 1999 STi?

Yeah I arrive in Chch 1st of April so I\'m hoping he still has it so I can pop down and check it out. First thing I\'d do is put some nice V7 STi wheels on it, put factory air box on and tidy up/remove the amp cables and it would be a bloody nice car.

Just got the applied model code for the car in invercargill, it\'s GC8F48D which indicates non sti.. Kinda gutted as I want the genuine article. Should be GC8F4ED if it was STi am correct?

Bugger. To be honest I would have never picked up on that. Its so tidy and screams STI everywhere. makes it look about market value in that case?

Yeah i\'m sure it\'s a good car, i\'m just picky, it would annoy me that it\'s not a legit STi haha. Someone has gone to ALOT of effort to convert it!, STi cluster and everything. I wonder if it has the sti alloy control arms, etc

Yeah that\'s what I generally use, not sure if it\'s 100% accurate but seems to be
