How are we?

Just going to jump in and start this thread as (depending on how it works out) we may have a special guest there to take photos and talk to members for a story in a magazine.

so what ever we do we need a good turnout of subarus and a nice location to park in.

i personally would be keen on a Saturday/Sunday cruise and lunch...

If its the weekend of the 25-26 July I'm in as on holiday as I work Sundays .

Will be keen if I get the front window screen back in as its coming out on 20th

I'm also free on the 25th.. it's the only weekend day that I am free for a while.

Would Paraparaumu beach be a good setting? Then find somewhere for lunch, either before or after the photos?

Il lock it in the the 25th, can do pram beach if he weather is good. Or Waikanae beach might be an idea as its quieter...

I was also wondering if Lindale would be a nice place for lunch... the Cafe there is quite good?

Could do pram/somewhere for lunch/brunch, beach photos, SW carpark photos, then double back through puatanui inlet, photos round there. Continue over haywards, rolling motorway shots, petone esplenade, then round the bays, photos and coffee to finish up.

Would cover the whole welly reigon LOL. Depends how much of a day you wana make of it really though. Ideas anyway

I dont know so much if its a Magazine per say, John from autoclique.co.nz is keen to do a story on ClubSUB.

Guys! Are we a-go for this weekend? Where is the meeting place? Somewhere like Spotlight carpark on Kaiwharawhara RD so we can drive up the gorge together, then on to the beach ETC.

Half inclined to say meet at plim weigh station then head to pram, steviep and his coupe and rayray up up those ways but im easy

My idea:

Meet at Petone Foreshore, cruise up SH1 to Lindale for food, then to Pram beach for Photoshoot 1. From there go to Southwards for Photoshoot 2. From there, 10 pin bowling at Pram. Then people can make up their minds from there, whether to do more.

A couple of caveats:

I don't know what Lindale cafe is like as a food venue - space for parking etc, but it's an advertised tourist spot so it should be decent.. I've only ever been there for ice cream hahaha;

Sounds good Paul, how about you guys do that, and how about this for a slight alteration, I'll meet you in the foreshore car park a the bottom of Pukerau bay hill SH1, just inside the 80kph zone.

First Photoshoot location there, then on for food and following Paul's plan
