Struggling Project

Hey team,

 

I am currently doing a project build on my 1986 Subaru Leone. As some of you who own a mid 80's Subaru may know, the stud pattern on them is extremely hard (nearly impossible) to find wheels or adapters for. I was just wondering if anyone on here had any knowledge in regards to where I can find something along these lines.

I am located in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand.

changing hubs is an option but a process invloved to go from 4x140 >  5x100 or get the mill / drill out & go 6x140

You can buy new steelies out of OZ upto 15" but not overly cheap ( also can get alloys but will cost in excess of $1000 for a set) 

@DacerX is doing a 5x 100 conversion on his RX11 using the parts from an XT6 

you can redrill your hubs to 6 stud and use pretty much any 4wd rim

other than that you are pretty screwed, I have a couple of sets of 14" i scored of trademe but there has not been much on there of late.

Good price for proper set Scorpion wheels with tyres. I'd jump on them if I didn't just spend a stupid amount of coin recently.
