Timing Belt Queries, suppliers, parts, cam seals etc.

Looking to do the timing belt on my 06 2.0 NA Legacy Wagon near Christmas, so getting pieces ready for it now.

 

Just looking at parts suppliers currently, and first query is with Partsouq, wanting to get genuine parts as plan to keep the car, but Partsouq don't seem to sell either the waterpump or the timing belt? All other items are ok from there though and keenly priced. If they can't supply them, then where else is good to look? Obviously genuine might be dealer only so will contact them soon, but a decent Gates belt or similar would also be ok. 

 

And I've seen the Gates kits come with the cam and crank seals, my car has done 200,000KM and not sure if they've been done before, but doesn't look like they are leaking now, worth doing as preventative maintenance, or just leave it if they are fine? One of those jobs that once you are in there you might as well sort of thing, but one of the online guides/Youtube make much mention of doing them at all which I thought was odd. 

 

Have seen on the back of the passenger side cam there is a foam O-ring seal, and mine is worn and loose, so will replace that, and the diagrams on Partsouq show some other foam gasket seals around the plastic covers, again worth replacing, thinking if they are slightly misted with oil then a cam seal might need to be done too...
