Trying to fit cruise control

4 posts in this topic

I am aware that there is a thread dedicated to this however I haven't really been able to glean the answer I need.

I have an 08 Legacy wagon turbo, auto, keyless, si drive etc. It annoys the life outta me not having cc so I want to fit it. From what I can see I simply need the steering wheel buttons and plate, fit that and a 4 pin brake switch and I should be good to go. Can anyone confirm if this is the case?

Cheers.

Yup that's all you need to do, if the 4 pin plug is already there, then it's all plug and play, if it's not there, then you need to run the two additional wires from the ECU.

As soon as it's all plugged in, it'll just work :)

Sweet Cheers. How do I go about checking that the 4 pin is there? If it's not can I get that part off another car?

All your questions had already been answered in the original thread - take a moment and read through it.

Keyless won't be a straight plug and play and you will have to run some wires.

Hiya, would anyone in/near Wellington have a spare passenger floor mat for a 2006 Legacy b4? I’ve looked at a few aftermarket options but I’d like to find an original. Cheers!
