Spent 8 hours trying to fit a version 7 TMIC to my E-Tune Legacy.... no success. Put an offset version 7 master clutch cylinder reservoir in to help it fit and it did! But couldn\'t devise any clever mount to stop it resting on the waste gate actuator... :-\ So in answer what I\'ve done to my car today, nothing except sworn.... a lot... quiet time now I think.

pulled the front covers off my rs to do the seals coz they leak onto my heatwrap ,smells badand smokes,asked repco for some seals dumbass goes and gets 3 seals i said i need another 2 for the cams ,lets say there was AN intresting arguement over it and i no longer shop at that repco shop went to a different one (i used to work there so knew were the good staff are ) straight away no computers to the shelf and handed them to me job done, i also pulled the hermonic balancer off with ease and my timming sprocket straight off no tools ,little worried but hey ,also installed my surge tank and bosch external pump ready or the tune on saturday,changed steeringwheel changed boost hmm changed gbox to close ratio one due to last box deciding to become 4speed :-\

Hoist was finally free at work, so got all my gearbox and diff oils changed. My cars only done 65,000km and was unsure if they had been done at all. But the old oil was still a yellowish colour, at least I know it\'s been done now though.

Also changed the antifreeze, and replaced the air flow meter, and got rid of the K&N air filter that was in it and replaced with a HKS dry type one.

So much easier using a hoist as opposed to axle stands and a jack.

Next issue I have to sort is knocking rear shocks, it\'s on a V8 STI WRX I\'ve been told that regreaseing them works with some success.

Ahhh single turbo... one day! Want to do a full STi conversion to version 8 running gear sometime next year. Atleast do a rebuild and put in a version 8 block with the twin turbo setup. So many options, so little money. The rebuild it has currently only has 50,000kms including the gear box so might just buy an engine and do it up to put in a shell later down the track.

regreasing works a treat!!! few hours per corner for a quick job, or you could kero soak them to make sure you have all the old grease out of them. easy enough to do, just time consuming

just changed headlight lamps (one had popped, think i have an earthing issue somewhere, cheepies until i get it sorted), chucked some hose clamps around 2 of the breather pipes that connect to the under manifold pipe, looks like they were moving, and one had been leaking (post MAF) and my a/f corrections are testament to a vac leak somewhere. lets see how it goes over the next couple of days

What MAF correction values were you getting?

Hmm interesting - I have similar trim\'s on my \'01 B4 here. Do negative values indicate an overly rich or lean condition? I think I\'ll need to return to stock boost or get it tuned properly with the EBC I have running the show....Anyone know whether TT setup on 3rd Gen have restrictor pills plumbed into the primary Boost line?

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
