Removed the rear spoiler, then clay bar, cut, sealed and polished the paint...

I thought my front guards had been resprayed as they were dull, thankfully 6 hours of polishing has restored the paint...still need my bonnet respraying tsk!

Oil lines sorted yuss! To owners of cars with avcs, never move the drivers side hardline, total p.i.t.a!

Rear cam covers back on. Tomorrow is day off where i play with fuel rail fitment, I have some older rails with bolt clamps at both ends, gonna see if they're interchangeable so i can roll both FPR's at the back to avoid clearance issues.

Started doing the run in on the new engine, AFM dies when im out in the middle of nowhere by Piha. Patience with this car is wearing thin.. Also a gasket somewhere in the exhaust has died so it sounds like a tractor. Or a sik external wastie br0.

I hope you didnt send bits of flexi through the turbine....

It sounds like it blew a hole in it moreso than it self destructing and going through the turbo, but that's to be seen when they cut the flexi out this afternoon.

Fingers crossed :/

Picked up new AFM and some torx security keys, hopefully put it in tonight and I can try again and doing the new engine run in. Hopefully if something else breaks its in a more convenient location, not in the middle of nowhere...

Replaced AFM. Tried ot take car for a drive, idles erratically at standstill and revs eventually drop down to 200 then nothing. Also no boost at all under throttle, boost gauge reads 0.2 vacuum max. My excitement of getting the car back is starting to fade...

Got some brackets made up by my flat mate to hang the intercooler. Cut all the bends and straights to length and installed the intercooler. Cut bumper rail to sit correctly (I hope) on the intercooler

Man that looks like evilra from a few years back minus the big turbo he had tho.

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
