Just picked it up last weekend. Don't know what the exhaust system is. as far as I know it's been there for a couple of owners. all I know is it sounds good inside the car.

Pricey in general (if you compare with Repco specials but cheaper than Znoelli on TM) , but then I checked DBA prices online and it wasn't too bad at all considering I could pick them up straight away without paying any shipping/duties etc.

Ah right.
I went TRW pads and rotors all round.

But I'll definitely look into DBA next time as they're a nice looking and well reviewed rotor.

That's what I thought too, plus they'll surely last for a while meaning I wont have to spend any more on brakes any time soon. Done and dusted.

Where did you get this from? Would be keen for one myself. Do they do them in blue?

That bit is a genuine STI silicone hose, pop up on TM or wreckers every now and then. Never came in blue.

mmmm I'm loving the design look of those rear calipers. Look much much nicer than the GDB brembo's. 

 

Believe those calipers are off GRB+ STi's and likely the same rough cost as normal brembo's I'd assume?

The problem is that there's not enough supply, literally none locally (unlike V7 Brembo) hence higher prices (though I don't think there's much demand either...)

Not much to be found in Japan, reasonably priced that is, as I was prepared to import a set but was super lucky to find one locally

Rear calipers are straight bolt-on on a Legacy meaning no more brackets etc.
