They were saying that because i have 4 pot fronts that the only ones they could sell me that will work are the DBA ones that theyd also have to order, a mate of mine who works with a different repco store said that DBA rotors are restricted to being sold only to AA service shops so theres something dodgey there, BNT said the pair will be $320ish with trade discount, also turns out if you use a WRX license plate when the car is being searched the rotors are generally cheaperCLBSUB is available

I can sort it for you a ton cheaper than that if required.

My mudflaps are not ornaments!

Look at the lovely clean paint behind them, some people may hate but the rally armour flaps really do work well even if they are a tad overpriced.

I spent like 20 minutes hosing mud off of my wheel wells, subframes, sills and control arms. Maybe they should make some mudflaps for those areas too :P

One of the first things I did when I bought my STi was put on a set of RA mudflaps. Agree they are not the cheapest out there but you certainly get good quality.

Would be keen for new rotors at that price if they come up

That is trade cost for the cheap and nasty brake rotors. Stoptech if I remember correctly. You will have to pay GST and likely freight on top of that.

If you know someone with who gets trade price at BNT then it is a good deal.

Edit: definitely wasn't stoptech, was that 'Trans... something' blue and red boxes.

Hmmm, well, great day for me. Last night cars temperature nearly hit red line. Fortunately for me have today off work.Checked header tank and sure enough it was empty o.O Chucked water in, checked hoses and surprise of surprises there was no leak!!!! Then I noticed water dripping from heat shield on left hand side and thought 'this is strange' so jacked car up and lo and behold there was dripping which explains where all my water went! So I'm figuring it's my water pump. Contacted SAS who said it should have been done when cam belt was done (obviously) but the workshop I bought the car from said they did the cam belt when I bought the car some 40,000k ago. So Richard and I have worked out that they probably did do the cam belt and didn't bother doing said water pump. Probably why the garage has since shut down. FML. Anyways, have chucked bars leaks in as has water pump seal conditioner so hopefully it'll hold until I can afford to get new water pump. And this is my picture

Jeeeeez I wouldn't put any of that additive stuff in a car I didn't plan on immediately selling.

All some of those additives do is swell rubber seals, including ones that really shouldn't be swelling.

Sux about the water leak, water leaks drive me craaaazay. be sure to tell sas or whoever does the work tht that stuff is in there, and to flush the cooling system good n propa. That additive could load up your radiator full of gunk

Yes .Keith stewart will be tuning ..

Have got to fit stock headers and modify turbo mount to sit turbo level..

Then modify down pipe to suit..

Then tune for 300whp..

Run it for a while like that and then rebuild engine and run in..

Followed by touchup tune with maybe another 20-30 whp..

Sounds easy...........................

But its not.

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
