  4. freind of mine in states messaged me saying its the 206kw 2 litre single turbo factory which is what seller told me but hey never trust a salesman hehe thanks again 4 ya help i subcribed to show my apriciation 4 ya help even landtransport were stumped it took em ages to accept the model heres the kicker on the AA website it came back as a falcon , but my last car was so i think that was a computer entering era must admitt i was getting a bit worried this morn thinking i might have been scamed but hey looks cool goes hard thats all that matters aye \m/

  7. I pulled apart the rear floor to try and find a tow bar wiring harness but JDM Legacys dont have them so looks like i will have to splice into the factory wiring(which i hate doing even though i do it work all time) Scored me a Tow Bar for my BP5 from Subwrecks so going to try and fit it soon

  8. Try having to replace a single crush washer behind the timing belt cover because it’s leaking oil.

  9. After noticing some dead spots in the low beam lights on Mum's Outback, I was pretty keen to figure out what the hell was causing it These are the bi-xenon HID projectors on a NZ New 08 Outback. Made a decent pattern on the beam-setter, but couldn't quite understand the patchy output. I pulled the bumper and grille off to remove the lights. Bulbs appeared fine if a little aged. Next, I pulled out the reflector bowl/bulb housing behind the projector lens, and found the reflective chrome had started to peel off the housing. Next step is finding someone who can re-paint these, or if they need vacuum metalizing or what...

  10. Killed the left rear wheel bearing. Ugh. Car has been costing me a few pennies recently. Probably to be expected from a 14 year old, >200k vehicle.

  11. I agree, I didn’t install the boost gauge myself as it comes with the car. It is tee’d off a manifold reference and then teed a second time.
