  1. I see your 3.5 and raise you 2... Killer b one baffle looks cheaply baffled and could be the capacity is what saves it from sloshing away from the pick up. That American cast sump stuff isn’t as bad as it seems but yes it does crack if something big hits it. Not like the average road stone though. RCM looks like the Cosworth ones and likely the little rubber flaps are cosworth parts. https://www.rallysportdirect.com/part/oil-control-devices/cos1-20002499-cosworth-oil-control-baffle though Cosworth has windage scraper baffles up to the crank which is seems better. I have the PBMS one and was thinking of a windage tray add-in only. Custom that sandwiches between the block and PBMS sump. So a single sheet laser cut and bent up to add scraper up to the crank.

  3. Yeah that was Speed Academy in Canada. I heard there is a GRB STI with a G25-660 in Auckland.

  4. I was super keen on one for a while but obviously went elsewhere. DTech were supposed to be tuning one at some point but not sure if that ever happened or not. There isn't a whole lot of builds using them yet aye. Closest one would be a Canadian pair using in on a 2.1L. Hit a wall with the 0.72 housing but moved up to the 0.92 and did quite well.

  5. Accusump is pretty cool. Know a few rally cars it has saved.

  6. Nothing much to add besides don't get that RCM one as it's a UEL shaped sump so won't fit with you EL twinscroll intentions. Have you considered a Moroso baffled sump or an additional oil accumulator/storage tank? Probably overkill but might help in the rare situation a baffled sump doesn't. Moroso still offers baffled steel sumps which reduces the risk of it letting go if an impact occurs.

  7. I really like the look of the RCM ones, Killer B ones seem to be the go in the States, might be just because of cost and availability of them but look cheap to me. The PBMS ones have been used here lots so can find first hand info on them. I would find more info on the RCM ones as they look such good quality, especially compared to the Killer B one. http://www.speedhunters.com/2017/03/roger-clark-motorsport/

  9. One of the most popular threads so smashing this in here. Many of you will be finishing up work and getting ready to kick back and spend time with friends and family. Remember to take it easy out there on the roads team, think twice when you are stuck behind a camper and eager to bring that spoolie boi online to pull a savage overtake. Its better to arrive late than dead on time. sit back, take a couple breaths and enjoy the ride and look out for one another. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
