I had this EXACT issue today on my 02 Rev D.
1st, I checked and replaced the in cabin A/C fuse, that seemed to help a little bit. (Odd because the previous fuse was not blown)
2nd, Flushed heater core and bled the cooling system. Also, I found that the radiator cap was not sealing properly, replaced it.
Got full heat now.
I initially didn\'t really like the look but it started growing on me - especially that WING on the STi.
Then when I finally went to Subaru - Wingers and saw it parked inside.... I would have bought it if I could.
I installed my ZS controller last month on my 02 BE5D with no issues, and 2 days ago the car wouldnt start. Let it rest for few seconds, started the car and got a CEL. When the CEL was on, the controller wouldnt turn on. I had to manually turn the ZS controller off by switching car off shutting down the ZS Controller when the key is on the ON position. car is running sweet with no codes for the time being for the time being.. I\'ve got a Prova ECU aswel, not sure if its fighting the controller :-\

as everyone's said, get a good set of shock absorbers, slightly firmer but preferably, adjustable..
and most obvious, consider buying high-performance tyres...
