I know on my GTB primary stage is 11psi and then secondary stage is 16psi. Don't know to much about the later twin turbos but I would have thought there would have been a bigger difference between first and secondary stages. 14psi on the primary turbo seems a lot when both turbos it's only 14.7psi.
Yeah I have the standard exhaust still on mine.
The controller is located in the boot, that opens the butterfly valve on the secondary.
You can have it open permanently by hooking the cable over the little notch.
It's not that impressive though, only gives you a little more flow. I would rather have proper muffler to get the suby rumble.

I know later models have an on/off button, but MY2000 would be first of the VDC, so probably fuse gone. Also if fuse gone ABS doesn't work as well.
