  2. Was a fuse. it hadnt blown but wasnt sitting tight in panel, Auto sparky seemed to think that the speedo switching off is an indicator that headlights aren\'t working? Correct me if he\'s wrong. Replaced with new fuse which sits tightly in panel.problem solved.
  3. Not that I\'m aware of. Had never done it before and done it 3 times today
  4. Hi guys! My car is throwing up a random fault to which I can\'t explain. Car: 2003 wrx sti Front headlights (high beam and low beam) plus instrument panel (sti defy style panel) are just randomly turning themselves off at the same time. While its in this state, the lights on, indicators and doors still illuminate on the dash. (Also park lights and indicators and rear lights all work) If I turn car off and on fault will continue, But if turn the car off at wait about 10- 15min, turn car back on and everything works, Any ideas? Happened to anyone else? Cheers Andrew
  5. its plumbed into the line coming off the blow off valve
  6. its a mechanical gauge, followed the hose and its fine... will purchase an electrical gauge over the weekend, (early xmas present) and see what that does...
  7. it had been working fine, all of a sudden its just stopped going above 0, I'm thinking the gauge could be stuffed?
  8. yeah, definitely no issues there.... its just strange that the needle will only measure the vacuum side on the gauge exact example here of what its doing, I have a different gauge though and I'm still getting boost
  9. Hi guys, hopefully someone can help me I noticed today that my boost gauge is only working on the vacuum side of the gauge, when I accelerate the boost gauge will go no higher than zero. Is my gauge stuffed or is there something else I should be looking at? Thanks Andrew
