hi there i checked the voltage at idle. its sitting around the 14 volt mark. is that right?

the car idles ok icv is buzzing

hi there im having trouble with my 95 wrx motor making a humming noise. it goes away when i unplug the idle control sensor. i have replaced the whole unit with a new one and still the hum persists with ics plugged in and screwed into place. any ideas on what could be causing this.

uniweld do a good job and are quite cheap
