so the shaft in the unit in the pic could be fine? if so do you have a comp wheel? i can get my hands on a seized one too but havent cast my unexpert eye over it and i dont doubt you i believe, i dont argue with experts as i know what its like when your customer can do your job way better than you...

its worn right up the wheel not just the edges so it doesnt look like rubbing on the housing... i've seen pics of a few like this in my search not just this one too. i randomly speculate meth injection spraying into the wheel but not something i know anything about at all

what causes the wear on the comp wheel below? seen a few like this guessing it doesn't do great things for flow. any ideas?

just trim away weight reduction is the way ;D test fit it i cant count how many times i put the bumper on but i wanted it absolutely perfect. paint all edges you cut so they dont rust and make sure the pipes dont touch steel or they will wear through. just take it slow she'll be right ;D

what brand intercooler kit? i just mounted mine on v6 and spent hours chopping up the bumper to get it to fit just right. ended up drilling bumper support and packing it down about 60mm hacking the chassis everywhere the pipes went through. it was luxury sports didnt fit at all anywhere.

does anyone know who does cheap sticker sheets in nz? need enough to do a guard and x racing are $70 for 15 stickers on trade me. anyone know anyone who does cheaper or free stickers??

i have the bit that goes in the guard and the piece that mount behind the light just not the airbox itself. Got the same thing for forester or 99 v6 both are the same
