Thanks Guys, After a little research ( jesus I dont want to swap out a Mcintosh HU ever) I disconnected/reconnected the battery and Boom the stereo works...???? PS. I didnt realize that the Bp models had a fuse box in the engine bay and one in the dash left hand side behind the little fold out tray?

Hi Guys, Need some audio expertise, the Macintosh HU in our 2003 3.0r wagon has just stopped as in its dead no display nothing.The wife went to drop the kids to school and noticed the display was dead.I have checked the audio fuse in the fusebox and its ok can someone please shed some light on this for me? is there any basic things can check.Everything else in the car is fine no errors fault codes and it drives as normal. Hi Guys, I need to do some repairs to the left front bumper area of my 03 Bp wagon, Anyone know how to remove the black foglight surrounds from the bumper? . ( I\'m hoping I dont have to remove the bumper itself from the car? Many thanks JH

Thanks again We are borg, I tracked down a thread of dacerx with pics of blue 3.0 and the mods he was doing he had some brackets made by Gotasub? so I will try and get in contact with him. i love my 3.0R but those rear brackets are piss poor. Many thanks Jonahex

Hi Guys, I was returning from the Carterton this weekend and coming over the Rimutaka\'s our 04 3.0R wagon starting making a hell of a banging noise from underneath the rear of the car.I initially thought it might be a muffler bracket however a quick look confirmed that that right hand side rear sway bar mount had snapped in two so it was a very careful trip home. Now this mount is part of the undercar subframe so from what I can see you can\'t just unbolt it replace and bolt on the swaybar bracket+bar. It looks like a welding job and some form of reinforcement is needed. Has anyone had this happen to them? and want was the fix? I must say mounting bracket is pretty damn thin steel.
