Poke a bit of wire up it....(coat hanger or welding wire). And you can also VERY gently blow up it with compressed air.

500ml is plenty....I have a vacume brake bleeder you can borrow in Hamilton.

I run ATF in my BP5... Was notchy and horrible before it...still need to do one more change so any residual gearbox oil is "flushed" out. Much smoother now! Was recommended to me by a gearbox and transmission guru in Hamilton.

Have you got a leak somewhere in the system??? Air getting in and locking the pump?

You wont even get looked at if you list it that high. I personally would $1 reserve it... especially if your looking for a quick sale. Otherwise start at 6k and work down from there. Myself and another guy on here both recently sold RevD wagons...mine took quite a while to sell until I finally found a buyer who knew what he was talking about. The other guy had several buyers pull out on him.

I don\'t think those ones can be....you will have to have a look to see if it comes apart. On my old BH5D the answer was no but I did manage to shut it up by lubricating the shock rod. Jack the car up, lift the shock boot out of the way and apply some lithium grease to the shock tube. Got to be worth a try anyway!

Its most likely just got the wrong oil in it....they change alot smoother with ATF (automatic transmission) Fluid in them.

Pop the air vents out and put them behind there...perfect place for sound staging!

After having the codes scanned at Wingers today it came up with Front 02 sensor failed.....so lesson to be learned is don\'t always trust the generic code scanners! Cheers for everyone\'s help!

Thats what came up on the scan tool.

Get some aftermarket tweeters and mount them in the air vents either side of the dash behind the vent...perfect and you dont know there there!

I went and had a look at some cars a SubWrex in Hamilton. There is a WRX in there with the TGV but none of the Legacys have it and mine looks nothing like the WRX that does have it. Both ends of the aluminium manifold are just blanked off as per the better picture. Could someone have changed the computer or something?? History of the car is I have only owned it approx 2 months and 1 of those it was in the panel shop while I was overseas...Been driving it for 3 weeks now with no CEL only for it to come on on the way home from Rotorua on sat.

Anyone else have any idea about this??? My manifolds dont look any thing like any TGV ones showing on the net...the manuals Disruptz sent through dont show TGV on them....guessing OZ/Jap spec.

Not in Auckland Subirex...in Hamilton. Have had it on a code scanner. Code clears and then comes back. Turning the car off and on again will clear the code but it comes back after normal driving. I think the WRX ones are a bit different....My car has the alloy manifolds between the plastic intake manifold and the heads. No sign of a stepper motor on either end where the butterfly shaft would be as per pictures I have seen of USA market models. Person I spoke to at Wingers said there is one in the manifold somewhere? Does anyone have a digital manual for this model??

after calling Wingers and asking apparently they do have a TGV valve in the manifold somewhere....any one done anything to this?

Actually scratch that....the Jap/kiwi ones don\'t have it (need to stop reading US forums). So....why would my car be throwing that code???
