Yeah I just mentioned the thread to my dad who works at head office and he showed the marketing team and they were really impressed and said theyd supply some stuff to giveaway and they followed through!!... I just put a set of re003s on my new wheels and I couldnt be happier. Had re002s on all my vehicles previously.

Go facelift ... my 2012 WRX 2.5 had to be fully rebuilt at 120,000km before I purchased it, but I'm unaware of how the previous owner had treated it as I got it through a dealer. Low down power is great but not sure how comparable the whole thing is to the 2.5 STi.

Update, Armstrongs Subaru apparently took responsibility for a half assed job on the clutch install. Subaru NZ made them replace the clutch plate and flywheel bolts to prevent future issues. Expect the car to be back up in Aucks sometime early next week at no charge to me .... hopefuly no more issues from now

Sooo... the local subaru dealer in palmy looked at the car today and are saying its a suspected loose flywheel.... but its going to be proccess of elimination... if fixing that doesnt work they're gunna look into the gearbox. Hopefully its all related to the problems I've been having and it gets all fixed at once.

I started to think it was that.. untill the gearbox shat itself... while im in palmy for flatnats.. had to get it towed to the local subaru dealer and theyre gunna look at it monday meanwhile I have to find a way back to Auckland
