Stole this off an old NASIOC thread =P I'm sure there's a few of you guys that do this to your car all the time. lets see what you got? got a few examples:

Just take it to your nearest WOF place and do the inspection for about $80. Better safe than sorry, the car is over a decade old, so who knows what's missing or swopped out. The check isn't bullet proof though, so at the end of the day you need to test drive the car & feel for yourself If something doesn't feel right walk away.

Hey Man I'm in the same boat, don't wanna spend too much Cash before I'm able to get my new Subie, so I'm thinking of getting a cheap Manual Legacy, no Turbo Strip out the interior, Straight pipe exhaust and rip out the front drive shafts aka RWD =) I'm really keen to give the Gymkhana another go.
