  1. Where is your power taken from?
  2. What does vvt screen say when it's on? Any errors? Have you set the offsets?
  3. Factory or Cometic. Depends on what we can get to suit
  4. Yes the police do have the 3.6l leggy. I work on a couple for the police
  5. Your tps Gnd and +5v not round wrong way?
  6. Well i tune them usually but am not sure on who is capable up north sorry. Valid point though. If you can't find a tuner for factory iI would definitely go link
  7. Yes factory ecu should be fine for that and what I would do
  8. I would never ever run a factory ecu with big mods. They are limited to maps etc. Yes they can be made to work but you are just tricking it into thinking that it's got less airflow etc. There is no cold limits, hot limits, oil pressure limits etc. Why anyone would want to run factory ecu is beyond me. I have tuned heaps of both factory and links. Factory is great for sub 300kw.but as soon as motorsport or big power is concerned link all the way. Also links make the car drive far more aggressively so much better
  9. Fly by wire shouldn't be fully closed when not powered. The ecu can enjoy or close it. I would adjust it back he other way a bit
  10. change your trigger mode to v1-6. if that not it have you set a ign switch di?
  11. Hi there. Just trying to contact nextlevel about some counterfeit eagle rods he sold me. He isn't replying to personal messages anymore an was wondering if there another way to contact him. Any help I'll be appreciated. Thanks Jason
  12. I'm on the other side. Love the look of double din and more screen real estate for info
  13. The rears are the same. Front struts have a different top hat bolt diameter
  14. The 1.1 bit is after the centre diff. It's included in the ratio of rear diff. Subaru I'm pretty sure did it to reduce prop shaft speed and in rear rear diff strength. As you can run a larger pinion. The diff sees the same speed from front and rear as if you think of it this way. For every 1 turn of front wheels you get 3.9 turns of pinion to centre diff. And 1 turns of rear diff gives 3.54 turns of prop shaft. Then the transfer gears turn the centre diff 1.1 times faster or 3.9 times. Does that make more sense?
  15. You just contradicted your self. you said a wheel in the air is still receiving 50% torque and you also said you know exactly how it works. LMAO i needed that laugh soooooo much. thank you sir you have done me a huge favour and my whole neighborhood is prob wondering where the laughter is coming from. Please watch video and re educate yourself. You are prob right that it cant make it quite 100% drive either way as there is losses in the driveline
  16. Hahahahahahaha. You need to know when you are wrong. Instead of taking Driveshaft out maybe imagine wheels on ice or inside front wheel in the air with open diff. Or is that too hard for you. I'm not going to argue with someone not willing to learn so this is my response to you unless you ask a valid question. I'm only trying to inform everyone about the awesome capabilities of Lsd diffs.
  17. The viscous manual boxes are not planetary. Only spider gears and can not change torque output. Dccd boxes along with vtd auto boxes certainly can as they are planetary gears and have a rear bias torque output determined by the gear size.
  18. Yes 1.1:1 would give a different torque split but the rear diff is different than the from the front and if you multiply rear ratios together you get front diff ratio. Hence same speed and torque split. And planetary gears in the auto and dccd boxes can allow a different torque split
  19. No but for example the rear diff is 3.54 and front is 3.9. There is another 1.1:1 ratio drop hear in rear of gearbox on output. 1.1x3.54=3.9. Hence the output of centre diff for front and rear is the same speed.
  20. Wrong. If you take out the front drive shafts and lock the diff it will be rwd until you reach the torque limit of the clutch pack and it slips. Please get your facts right. That would be 0% torque front 100% rear. And vice vs
  21. The auto come with either vtd or clutch pack centre "diff " clutch pack range is 90:10 down to 50:50ax torque split. Vtd is 45:55 rear bias. Can lock up and increase torque either way depending on wheel slip. Manuals with viscous centre are 50:50 until sustained wheel slip where the fluid thickens and transfers more torque front or rear depending on what axle is slipping. 4kg-cm is usual amount that can be transferred Dccd diffs come in 2 different splits. Early is 35:65 and can lock axles together with clutch pack to allow anywhere from 100:0 - 0:100 depending on which axle has slip and mechanical grip of clutch plates. Later dccd 2005- are 41-59 and also have a viscous unit in them as well to prevent total unlock and drivers spinning out. The 1.1:1 don't change torque split as final drive front and rear is still same.
  22. Yes speedo drives are interchangeable
