Just run the beast up on the hoist and the wheel bearing are quiet as.noise is singing inside the diff so hopefully its just a bearing thats gone. Can anyone tell me if these bearings are genuine only??? Cheers

Cheers man yea ill put on the hoist tomrw and run it up see where its coming from. Hopefully it just is a wheel bearing!!!

Hi guys i have just bought a 2000 wrx sti ra that has an awful whine/drone from the rear , when off the gas.only happens at 60kph.... I thought it was the rear diff so checked the oil which was clean but replaced it anyway- still the same.any suggestions would be great cheers!! James

Ok so ive check power 12v and the other 2 wires must have been signals. And ive reset ecu so ill see how i get on

Hey guys im new here So ive got a old legacy rs that the engine light is coming on when coming of the gas ie when coming of the motorway it comes on but when i come to stop it turns off. The code im getting is 24 idle control valve. Ive replaced it with a second hand one and still does the same thing. Vehicle idles fine ane goes well.Any suggestions would be great thanks.

Cant you by-pass emission rules if you try comply under specail interest vehicle? Im also trying to find a clean gc8
