  1. Hi guys, I'm experiencing some poor performance with my 2000 Legacy Blitzen. There are no CEL codes so I was thinking about checking the AFM and Oxygen sensors and giving them a clean. I'm not much of a mechanic but I hear that these can be checked and cleaned quite easily but to clean them first I need to find them. Can anyone point out to me where the AFM and oxygen sensors are in my car and recommend the best way to clean them? Thanks
  2. thanks for the input, since it doesn't smoke on boost, or after i've started driving i'm to assume it's nothing too serious. I'll make mention of it when my cars next up for service.
  3. oh yeah sorry, guess that info would be useful. 2000 legacy blitzen, 98,000km and the colour of the smoke is mostly a light gray colour.
  4. it's fine once I start driving, just on ignition if spurts a nice big cloud of smoke out the back. happens about 75% of the time.
  5. I am occasionally getting a bit of exhaust smoke when starting the car. Any idea's on what the problem would be?
  6. that's where I got stuck, wasn't aware there were any screws hidden away under there, hopefully should have no more problems here on out. thanks.
  7. I recently purchased a aux cable for my stock standard kenwood stereo in my 2000 blitzen. but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the stereo out. I took the plastic cover off the gear stick, took out the ash tray, and was able to unclip the top right side of the silver (marble in standard b4s) plastic cover surrounding the climate control and stereo but couldn't get the bottom or left side to come loose. couldn't see any clips or screws holding it in. has anyone taking theirs off and can give me some advice? thanks
