  1. Hey guys, I've currently got a 2005 BP5 Legacy and all the electronics on the inside are dying, Clock sadly carked it first and then the display on the radio (and for some reason my hazards wont work). I noticed that throughout the models there are different types of factory head unit options, My car currently has a GX-201JH radio which doesn't have the AUX Option, I am also struggling to find another replacement. Does anyone know if i can swap out the GX201JH Radio for a factory option with AUX? Thanks in advance
  2. Front mount it is then. Might get some garden mesh and box off the front to reduce the chance of it getting damaged by stones 🤔🤔

Hey guys, Recently when driving my car has been cutting revs around the 4k mark checking the cel codes and it throwing cel 24 IAC i have swapped this out with another one and its now running even rougher. Any idea on what it could be. Im located just out of Christchurch so if anyone knows what wrong or would like to come lend a hand would be great.
  5. Nope, sellys gasket maker on atm. Have fixed it tho, Crack in the pipe between tmic and throttle body.
  6. Thats all plumbed in properly its from the manifold which is the issue i believe
  7. So my turbo blew up, oil went everywhere. We all laughed i cried and yeah not the best of fun. I took everything off, tmic, intake arm and plenum and gave them a wash, get rid of all the oil and then let them air dry over night. Now i think i might have plumbed it all back up wrong! I was running 10psi on this turbo before i thought i might clean the intake arm and tmic now its only running 5psi.. limp mode i believe, i havent got any CEL codes showing. Was just wondering if anyone can send me a photo or give me some instructions on where the vaccum lines go? The top line - Splits to boost solenoid and boost gauge Middle line goes to the charcoal filter line Bottom line goes to the blow off valve recurc i believe.
  8. Yeah theyre tidy, cwest is more wider and aggressive looking but oem v5 is pretty much the same. Ive seen someone use the rubber garage door stops as the lip, cheap and easy to do at home
  9. Was just thinking, If you're wanting more of performance but not wanting to go all out on the adjustable suspension replacing the shocks could help alot with the handling. Was just a passing thought. I now need to decide if im going to go with H&R or Tein
  10. Suggestion, Have just brought both front and rear sets of Monroe shocks, Tein or H&R springs?
  11. Just wondering if anyone enjoys a good old build thread. Tempted to start one for my project but want to know if people are interested in stuff like this. Will be asking questions and thoughts on certain aspects of the build. Suggestions on brands and other things. Let me know what you think and i might start one.
  12. Thats what i was thinking for my 95 wrx, But again the rounded front bumper really annoys me at certain points. Was looking at the standard cwest style body kit with an extra lip through out the body just to give it that little extra. Also was thinking about making the sideskirts and rear bumper one piece and leaving the front detachable. All will come soon though, Just finished making her run well, Still have a minor exhaust leak from the turbine housing to the down pipe due to a snapped bolt so i keep losing boost/dropping into limp mode.
  13. Hey guys, So i have been looking all over the web for a pillar mounted gauge cluster for a 95 wrx and i just cant find any. Does anyone have one and where did you get it? Off topic; Where do you all get your aftermarket items from?
  14. I have baked them but still got the crack in one. Might have to post online and see if anyone is selling some.
  15. Where abouts do i block off? Like the line off of the bypass valve?
