Bit of a dumb question but I couldn't find an answer though the forum search. Are all manual WRX starter motors the same? The reason I ask is my mates starter motor packed up in his legacy but it has had full WRX swap over. Only problem is he doesnt know what version it was from. He's pretty sure it's pre version 4 though.

Has anyone been here yet? Would like to know if the karts are reasonably fast or not

ahk. It was tuned on av so i think itd have to be retuned. it can just about get away with a 98 to strong av mix just for driving around.

Yeah ive been there. Think thats the best i can get it at in wellys. Just sucks that it's 2.25 in hastings. Ah well i'm sure it'll go up in price up there soon

yeah i got my log book with me but i dont think i have my auth card, so they not aloud to sell it to me for road use....... (at home we just say it for the lawnmower........ lol)

ok i have spoken to a person that thinks they will not sell av to my jerry cans...... so i either need a place in wellington tonight or in the early morning tomorow. failing that before 9am tomorow in Masterton? i know the Aerodrom sells it, but how strict they are on selling it?

also on the note of power delivery do the B4's still have the gap from 4000rpm in the turbos where they run no boost? Never been in a B4 but i know from experience of the previous model. A few mates had them.

I think it's time to trim the herd if humanity has any hope of survival...

Thanks, appreciate the help but we are after an STI i cant see the engine or gauge cluster but that looks like an STI hatch to me... bug eye - or v7 (2001-2002) was the very last year they made the STI in a hatch variant Yup it's deff looks like one from what you can see and i'm sure if you were keen a fellow club sub member would have a look at it first to help you out

Best one a couple of my mates did with a little know it all was say at 0 psi the blades of a turbo arent spinning at all. At 10 psi the spin at +10rps and at at 10 inHG they do -10 rps....The guys response...well duh everyone knows that whoever doesnt is a ****whit

Sorry about that just quote marks. They were from a few mates from a long long time ago who have since become a little bit more knowledgeable and now laugh at some of the stuff they used to say and will now openley admit they dont know as much as they used to try and make out... Although i have heard some other shockers from randoms
