  2. are they using genuine parts? I was thinking of getting just the gasket pan seal for my auto trans in my subaru and just that was 146 or more out of Japan? Parts are bloody expensive since the doller is right down etc. parts worth x3 the price? front disks for my car is 500 each. so 1000 for the front

  6. Looking on another site and saw this... Subaru site for the Geneva Auto Show Has the new Legacy Concept, but much more interesting is if you click on the MOVIE box "History of Subaru" in the lower right. http://www.subaru-global.com/about/motorshow/ms/2009geneva/index.html And its pretty cool
  7. That's it.. You can get a V1-3 WRX(even STi these days) for around 5-6G, even under 5 if you look hard enough. Evo 1 are still 10G.. Even GSR still get decent money. Wouldnt it be because Mitis dont have as bigger following in Japan so 2nd hand mitis imports are not as common so are bit harder to get so cost more to buy.

  10. Yeas was thinking that since also a mate of a mate had a cameo or was it a trans Am or something and it had lake pipes come out just like that. Car was legal with wof etc. he used it as his every day driver

    IM pretty sure you need a cert to turbo a car no mater what? How can you prove that you car is under the 15% power bracket (i think its 15%)? then again when you forge & bigger turbo and do get more than 15% power then there no way the cops can prove against it I Sort of enquired about this with LTSA. They did say about you can have up to 15 or so % ( maybe it was 25% at the time?) increase before needing cert. Before I goy my 2nd XT6 I had plan to fit a XT6 motor into a Turbo EA82 Vortex ( 134BHP ) and fit the ER27 ( 150BHP ) 6 cylinder in. With in the LTSA rules I was Just and only Just to be able to do it. I Didnt Go down that track since I managed to pic up another one.
  12. Whats the Guts on a 4 seater 2 door coupe? does the pipe ment to end at the back of the rear seat? or can it be just past the back of the door?

  15. SVX when new in 1992 was $116,000 I like the leather and swade etc real nice and the synfectic Wood soooo bloody cool So what does a Jag XJS Look like?
  16. How long has the car been put on hold for? If its before 3 months then you have to pay back pay.... But if its after 3 months then you start from date you will reg it from
  17. Nah I wouldnt bother with thoses aye. It could blow up another auto... need a manual. but Ive got no cash at the mo to buy one or get auto rebuilt. I Just keep driving the stuffed auto till it goes bang lol ;D Hopefully I will have cash by then
  18. My SVX wouldnt be a good example to drive. auto is Very shot.
  19. SVX in standard trim still weights 1609kgs ( the 4WS verson add about another 100kgs to it ) and only came in auto and 4WD aswell. So isnt the fastest at take offs. But they go very good, fast and are consided the best bad weather sports car. especially in snowy conditions they make it up alot of places where alot of other cars wont make it.
  20. I prefer a SVX as a grand tourer car, lovely to drive. They where going to make a roomy stationwagon verson too but that never made it into production. I must amit i rather have a legacy wagon over a Impreza wagon
