Give way road rule change confirmed

That Was one of the reasons the introduced the right hand rule in the 1st place. Traffic turning right just sat there and caused alot of traffic Jam problems. Back then there were alot less cars on the road too. Man people are going to get confused and No one will give way to other lol : -
Oooh a Ford Defect with Easy roll suspection lol. Dad says it was the worse and most unreliable car he has ever owned. Working on every weekend to keep it going each week. Hot Rodding it would be the only way to make them reliable and handle better

All I say... Ive never blown up any of my Subarus... Ive only ever had to replace water pumps, and rubber items that decompose over time.. ( Ive had to replace my original 35 year old heater hose only 2 years ago on my GSR lol. ) Alot of mine have done 300,000+Kms Dad drives his impeza alot and it sometimes goes 3 to 4 k over oil change entervills. It still runs Smoothly. Does not tick etc. It must be coming up to 300,000km soon? I say I know alot of people that have more reliablty problems on there Fords, Holdens, Mazdas, Mitis etc... Also hasnt Subaru have the Most relible Car award for the last few years? or something of that nature?

Old Skool Subbie replied to matty231's topic in General Vehicle Discussion
It mite do depending on the motor... But saying that all the the sambas/Domingos have the engine on a slant so it mite do some damage? Not sure on that. The domingo is fitted with a 3 cylinder Justy engine but that lays on its side. -

Subaru RWD Coupe STi & Toyota FT-86... WTF!?
Old Skool Subbie replied to matty231's topic in General Vehicle Discussion
I will have one. Ive been watching the Toyota/Subaru FT86 for a few years now. I am glad they didnt kill the project. It also means more money for Subaru. No one knows any thing about the Subaru verson.... Its all specialation... Only thing we know is that there will be a subaru one. Also there is a RWD Subaru Impreza hatch being used as a test mule around the track. The motor is sitting lower and futher back so trying to make it awd would be alot more difficult and expensive. So most likely stay RWD. The Toyota verson is going to have a motor that will have D4 Direct injection and possibly fancyer heads done by Yammaha?? Could be a motor that would be very sort out for engine transplants. Subaru has done many different varients of how they drive their wheels.. RWD Rear engine, Rear engine 4wd, Front wheel drive, PT4wd, FT4wd, AWD etc -

http://jalopnik.com/5622844/pruck-priubaru-prius+baja-mashup-defies-your-silly-names An Indiana man who runs the largest Prius recycling center in the country wanted a plug-in Prius that could match the utility of his first car, an El Camino. The results may disturb you. Steve Woodruff runs AutoBeYours from Scottsburg, Ind., where he specializes in reusing totaled Priuses and selling plug-in hybrid conversion kits. He'd long wanted a pickup, telling Jalopnik: "I'm in my 40s, but my first car was an El Camino and it was something. When a Prius arrived in his shop "that was kicked in the ass pretty hard," Woodruff saw an opportunity. Originally considering a Honda Ridgeline rear, he quickly found a Subaru Baja coughed up from a salvage yard. Then came the hard part. Melding the two required not just some custom metalwork but also managing a bigger battery pack and electrical gremlins, like getting the Toyota computers to listen to the rear wheel speed sensors of the Baja. Woodruff said the floor plans fit well, and he was able to use the Subaru roof rails, but had to live with the checkmark roof line. Since finishing the job earlier this summer, Woodruff has put about 3,500 miles on his Prucking creation, with it's plug-in hybrid system averaging 42 mpg. "I cant tell you how often we're driving down the road and someone will hold up a phone and take a picture," he says. As for those who might consider it a crime against beauty, he adds: "I built it for myself, and I m the only one I have to please."

Unleaded 91,95/96 or 98 Octane. What do you use?
Old Skool Subbie replied to uwa8nc's topic in General Vehicle Discussion
Dad runs 91 in his 1500 impreza. Its non turbo of course ran it like that for 6 plus years and he does alot of kms. Never had a problem. Also run my 1.8L Legacy on 91. If its hi compression or turbo run 95 or above. SVX and XT6 I would run 98 in them. -
