  3. All it takes is a WOF inspector with a base spec Brighton, scratching his head wondering why your car has rear discs and his hasn't

  5. Yeah we do,sadly the Van is an auto so engine braking is minimal ( also it get quite heavy fully loaded ) But it is what it is, usually 3 sets of front pads + a set of rotors per winter No worries, I have the NZTA updates coming through to my phone we need to updated constantly
  6. that Hiace just had a complete brake overhaul, new front rotors and pads, rear shoes,drums and rebuild kits in the cylinders, Mountain work is hard on brakes

  8. here is how I did it wire form an ignition source, earth to the fog light earth( as long as it is not switched) and then the power from the fog light switch to the turn of wire on the DRL, so when fog light switch is on it works as it should turn on side lights and the DRL's turn off, turn off fog light switch and the DRL's stay on at all times
  9. Oh hell yes they must turn off when headlights are on to be legal.

  11. I have just done this to our hiace, used the Hella DRL's shown above, you will need to make sure that they are wired correctly ( turn off when sidelights are turned on) these have 3 wires in them, earth, power and one that turns the DRLs of when power is supplied to it

  14. Heater core replacement is needed not a job anyone wants to do, requires dash out. you can bypass as a temp measure

  19. Depends on your age of Leone really, 1st gen not alot 2nd gen bit better 3rd gen fairly good Trade me have a few of the rubber parts, ebay has a lot. Repco and BNT should be able to do the struts and springs, brakes depends on what you are trying to do really, lowering is nigh on impossible I have everything else bahahahahaha

  21. if you have ever tried to cut an axle with a hacksaw, you will know that they are made of pretty damn good steel, and a spark test confirms it
