I used to pour a couple of teaspoons of oil out of my intercooler after autocrosses. Autocross is probably worse than track driving though (which is what we are discussing here?); far more violent cornering, less warm up time, much higher revs for more of the time and so on.

So that's actually lowering it a lot.

Was putting everything back together after replacing both rear wheel bearings and trailing arms on the Santa Fe, and realised I'd bent the end of the upper control arm ball joint on the left hand side. Went to pull the upper control arm out (ball joint is integral with the arm!), and realised the mounts are ON TOP of the subframe and inaccessible without dropping the subframe! Looked at my little trolley jack. Looked at my scissor jack. Looked at the tractor jack. Wished I had Pedro's hoist. Went for a beer.

Or you can cut a hole in the shield, tack on a round sleeve, and run ducting from the front bumper to the back of the discs. Tony did something like that; I believe Viv has that setup now.

I was thinking a little GC Impreza with a plain old EZ30 w/factory ECU would be a fun daily driver. And pretty good on gas. It doesn't need to be a rocketship drag queen.

Are the windows premade? Please weigh them, and then the respective glass they replaced

Hrm, so BP side feeds are actually a better option than decapped P2 yellows? Can't remember what people have tested decaps at, but I'm guessing you'd get a better spray pattern with the Legacy injectors?
