well tauranga might suck for mechanics but its fair too say last year i rebuilt approx 50 to 60 subbie engines with not too many issues you will always have some probs etc at least i admit to that not like other tauranga mechanics who think its never there fault hey i always try my hardest for every budget but unforntantely some budgets are bigger than others which is reflected in whats carried out i think most tauranga mechanics arent any different to any others cheers

the wrx in mention is a automatic car and gets it tits revved off it before it hooks another cog the engine is constantly on huge rpm and yes it gets a hard time

oh i will go and see what Dave at d tech has too say since you are right up his ..... ps by the way hasnt your precious engine blown several times
