just worked it out, i average 12.3L/100km

My STi does about 15L/100km overall, I would say. Thirsty thing. Gets as bad as 20L/100km if you, erm, proceed at pace.

Between 90 and 120km out of each $20 fill these days in the dirty N/A.

Average fill = 10.8L, average distance = 110km... just a smidge over 10L/100km. I don't nana-drive, but it makes little difference anyway it seems.

The Legacy is way thirstier, but she also refuses to cooperate so I can't give it a test

May be worth noting that Chris' car isn't stock. Not at all.

that doesn't sound very good. my 1500kg chaser with 200hp 2.5 straight 6 uses about the same, and i don't have a light foot

It ISN'T very good. I'm not making a hell of a lot over stock, which is a paltry 135hp.

When it was stock, however, I could get 700km out of a tank... :-\

i'd just say chasers are surprisingly great on gas. My mate has the definition of a lead foot, that thing lives near the red line, and yet he gets amazing kms of of it.

yea,my wagon uses petrol...... NZ needs E85 like OZ.

used it few weeks ago in mates WRX over there,it LOVED IT! and its dirt f*#king cheap
