Wat ? A twin scrol td04 on the legacy and they were as fast as a v8sti

Hmm As The MIZ Wud say - Really? Really?

The one I drove was smooth I will give it that but it didn't feel as fast as a v8 lol but yea it was just impression got nothing scientific abt that

And I'm not sure it is possible to get a 2003 v7 in Nz anyway as Nz new was only sold till 2002 and all jap imports certainly Wud not have had issues with old stock hein sold an year afterwards lol

Maybe possible in Aussie new but tough to believe it's here

yes twin scroll TD04! but slap in a vf37 ( you will need to change the extractors too they are not the same) and 3" exhaust FTW

Best identify by Model Year, not year of registration.

v8 was MY03, made from late 2002 until about mid-2004 when the MY05 v9 was released.

the mods we dont on this car is a 2004 BP manual... we in a vf37, modify ver8 sti manifold, pink injectors, decat downpipe and 3' exhuast... waiting for me to finish with my mods as we both getting our car reflash at the same time as a package deal

the BP is probably faster then my GC8GDB mods as the BP has got 4 AVCS heads same as V10STI... you think the twin headers sounds bad... you havent hear it when the avcs kicks in the BP.. its sounds like a bad tune honda but man its fast!

First off obviously with that car is that your gonna need new tyres as its running on snows, which are shit in anything other than, suprisingly, SNOW!

Also there is no intake snorkel so the car is pulling in hot air :o

Who knows what else is missing if such basic details are not in

And have seen more than a few doggy cars come off there yard lol so he'll no to buying it from there

Bug eye ended production halfway in 2002 sk this must have been sitting in the yard for over 6 months ... Maybe as a well thrashed x demo Hahahah

Poor fellow who will own this and all it's hidden possible issues

For that money best to get an Sti lol

yup These guys prices are through the roof but you can talk em down as long as you know what your looking at then your right but if you dont by all means do not but from fast fours got a mate that purchased a wrx coupe from here it broke down so they gave him a HONDA accord r as a courtesy car and he thrashed the living shit out of it actually it was PLRH8D that thrashed it to

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
