My radiator cracked this morning :( Started looking for a replacement and noticed that some have BH/BE turbo pre-facelift/early in their description - is there a real difference between pre and facelift radiators? A good (cheap) source in Auckland? Used or new? Alloy or plastic? ???

Yeah both BH: 98-01 and 01-03, some sellers on trademe claim that earlier won\'t fit later and then A1 radiators have the same part number for BH/BE and GGA/GDA, they do look similar though ???

DOBC says no to alloys, especially in my price bracket.

Problem is I can\'t really tell what goes to the throttle body cos it\'s hard to see where anything goes just after the intercooler, it\'s all kind of hidden or blocked from view.

Could I use the hose that recircs the air from the BOV? I\'m guessing this would be the larger of the two pipes coming off of it? What is the small hose at the top for? It kind of looks like it goes to the intake manifold but it\'s hard to be sure as I can\'t get a good view of it.

Does this bleeding procedure (found on nasioc) sound right? Anything to add?

 
Add coolant mix back into the rad. I followed the [50:50 Subaru coolant: distilled water] mix plus the Subaru coolant additive since I\'m in full on winter. I need the antifreeze :tdown:.

- Leave both radiator caps off.

- Pour coolant mix slowly into radiator slowing using a funnel (the slower you go, less air bubbles from bubbling).

- While doing this, squeeze the top radiator hose which will also burp the system a bit while pouring.

- When the radiator is full (the Koyo took about 7L+), fill the coolant reservoir.

Step 13 -

Burp the system. With the caps off, start the car.

- The coolant will bubble and "burp" and foam which is what you want since the air is being purged from the system.

- Revving the motor to 2k was also recommended from the Subaru service manual and forum threads.

Step 14 -

Once the system is burped, add coolant to the radiator and the reservoir so that they\'re both full.

Step 15 -

Reinstall upper radiator supports

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
