Hes probably going to get 6 months at home to play gta5. I don\'t understand why we don\'t lock the people up for 10+ years who commit these sort of crimes again and again as its only a very small percentage of people responsible for the majority of crime.

So basically how it works,

He pays the court like $5 a week - the court pays me when its reaches $50 for example. (I changed it to $100)

I\'m going to call the courts back and request it be changed to $1900 so I only get the one payment in like 7 years time haha

Until then I\'m going to write that money off and move on.

So one day in the future I\'m going to end up with a $1900 payment in my account ;D

Pretty crap situation about the repayments. That was why I asked on the last page. I am owed a bit of reparation from a guy who robbed me at gunpoint a few years back, I may start seeing it before I retire but probably not

I would happily let it all slide for 5 minutes in a room alone with the little prick and no shotgun to point at me.

You certainly have the right attitude to it though mate, move on and don\'t expect to see it otherwise it can be hard to let go.
