no camera's and pretty sure theres no security there at all unless theres an event on, I do deliveries there all the time and I've never seen a security guard during working hours

Last time I saw the stats (a coupla years ago admittedly) the Stadium carpark was the worst carpark in Wellington for having cars stolen/broken into. Second worst was Queens Wharf Event Centre, probably boosted by there being a lot of crime when there's some sort of match on (just like the stadium). A guy I know came back to his V7 STI in there after a basketball game to find all the doors and the bonnet open and the battery sitting on the ground beside the car.

Ok I have an update............today I got a call from old club subber he musta been driving between Welly and levin. He noticed a cop had pulled up a van which was towing a car......the car was mostly covered but he saw the mags and a bit of the car sticking out and recognised it straight away.............so he pulls over to chat with the cop who's by now run the plates (yes the dumb f***s still had the original plates on it). Turns out it's my car but he couldn't tell me what condition it was in or whether anything was missing cause it was covered

The cop called me to confirm it was my car but he was off home so it'll be tomorrow before he gets round to checking it out.........he did say something about the bonnet and boot missing. Couldn't tell me anything else 'cept they had charged the driver with receiving stolen goods. They wana keep the car till early next week to fingerprint it

So tomorrow I mite cruze up the line to see what state the old girl's in........I'm dreading it but happy she's been found
