4 piston caallipers for BE5 RSK

Would THESE fit my B4?

I really believe the RSK should have come with bigger brakes...I mean its 1450odd kg & capable of some speed when wound out and the stock twin pots just don't feel up to it even with upgraded pads. I know I could go to more aggressive pads than Bendix Ultimates and fit better rotors but big is good right ;)

Factory master cylinder be sweet?

Are they are the same as non Brembo STi ones?

They would look the biz especially with the bigger diameter rotors behind factory RSK 17's.

Ive done a couple upgrades on both the wrx and gtb. Both very very worth it. Knocked 3 secs off the laptimes at Teretonga. Direct swap. Get some good pads and youll never go back to 2pots. The Brembos are really remade STIs. If you have a later model rsk the brake cylinder is the same as an sti anyway.

Yip I have the split spoke 17" wheels :)

47P offset on 17 will clear the caliper bigtime, I would get the rotors machined, to be safe, prevent warping if your not buying new rotors.

GOOD MOD to do, mean stopping ability too.

If you read the auction the disc's have already been machined.

my bad ..... need to clean the monitor...

"Front rotors have been skimmed"

Still safer to be sure, does not cost that much.. is skimmed the same as machined... I learn something everyday.. the world is kind

thats what i ran before my subaru specialists changed to a different grade of fluid.. maybe standard Dot.4.1 fluid.. buts its green lol! brake pedal feels crap now..

I went from Standy fluid to the RBF600 and massive difference! Especially after the track day. Im still on the same fluid and had no brake probs since. I did use like a litre of it draining the whole system. Youd be amazed how much crap comes out when you just keep bleeding the rear left a!

I use a whole 500ml bottle just on that one calliper, lol! I'm on the step down MOTUL 5.1. Its ok, not as good as ELF HTX115 but of course the Castrol SRF & MOTUL RBF 600 are tops.

What pads are people using on the factory 2 pots and STi 4 pots at track days? I used Bendix Ultimates for the first time last month due to being late to order...they were ok, not the last work in stopping power or fade resistance but ok.

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
